Lux Industries Ltd. embarked on its journey in 1995, yet our rich heritage dates back to 1957 when Late Shri Giridhari Lal Todi pioneered the manufacturing of innerwear under the name of “Biswanath Hosiery Mills.” Today, his legacy is proudly upheld by his sons, Mr. Ashok Kumar Todi and Mr. Pradip Kumar Todi, who together bring over three decades of industry expertise. With the induction of the third generation into our leadership, we seamlessly blend our storied tradition with contemporary innovation, steadfast in our commitment to delivering exceptional quality and excellence in the hosiery industry.

We are a leader in India’s mid-market hosiery segment, comprising innerwear and outerwear. We have demonstrated the courage to create products and price points. We have emerged as one of the largest players in the hosiery business having a market share of ~15% of the organized sector. We produce more than 100 products under 10+ major brands comprising a complete range of innerwear & outerwear for men, women and kids.

The company has enlarged its online presence through e-commerce websites such as Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, etc. Our distribution advantage lies not only in its geographic dispersal; it lies in the relationship quality with the distribution family. More than 60% of the company’s distributors’ network have been working with us for more than 20 years. We have invested in information technology to strengthen its distribution efficiency resulting in an informed perspective of prevailing market realities.

Lux has graduated as India’s most visible brand to the international markets. We have a global presence with exports to over 46 countries. The company was awarded with ‘Star Export House’ status from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
